When processing your personal data, we comply with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to asthe “Act”) and Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to asthe “GDPR”), as well as related regulations.

Who does VARGA_TRI share your personal information with?
VARGA_TRI discloses the personal data of our clients and other individuals only to the extent necessary and always while ensuring the confidentiality of the data recipient, e.g., to our employees, persons authorized to perform specific service tasks, our accounting advisors, professional consultants (e.g., a marketing agency), and providers of professional services (e.g., IT companies), or to software or support providers for our company, including the employees of these entities.
How long does VARGA_TRI retain your personal data?
